You can start with one country and a free preliminary assessment.
Does monitoring all 27 countries mean full service in all 27?+
No. Monitoring requirements and carrying out the work are different capabilities. The L0–L5 level is shown separately for each country.
Should the company’s home country be assessed?+
Yes. An obligation can also arise in the country of establishment, so it is not excluded automatically.
Is there one registration number for the whole EU?+
No. Registration and operator contracts are normally arranged separately in each country where an obligation arises.
Does SMBF already submit reports automatically in every country?+
No. The filing method depends on national rules, client or partner authority and the available country level.
Does SMBF replace a lawyer?+
No. The system organises data and workflow; unusual legal conclusions are confirmed by the responsible party or a specialist.
